Mayfair Will Finally Have True Home Field Advantage

For nearly a decade, the idea of updating Mayfair’s athletic fields sat on the back burner. But in 2024, as Board President, I made it a priority — not because it was easy, but because our students and our community deserve facilities that match their ambition and spirit.

We pushed the plans forward, navigated the challenges, and got this project moving. Now, we’re finally seeing progress on what will be a game-changer for our Monsoons: a modern, fully-equipped sports complex right here on campus. The new Mayfair fields include updated football and soccer turf, a track, expanded bleachers and press box, baseball and softball upgrades, improved parking and amenities — all built to support year-round use and community events.

This isn’t just about fields — it’s about giving every student a place to grow, compete, and celebrate together. It’s about Friday nights under the lights, families cheering in the stands, and a community proud of what we build for our kids.

We got it done because we believed it mattered. And we’re just getting started.
